Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not acceptance of your order, only a confirmation that we have received your order. Acceptance of your order does not occur until we have emailed a confirmation that the goods have been shipped.

The purchase of our products is subject to availability. If for any reason the goods you have ordered are not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate alternative as discussed between NAILME and the customer.

We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
