We want you to absolutely love your NAILME Mani Kits, so if in the rare occasion you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please let us know! Please note that we currently do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.

IF YOUR ITEM IS INCORRECT OR FAULTY

Please check your package as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if you notice mistakes or defects. Email us at hello@shopnailme.com within so we can make it right and get your perfect mani in your hands asap 💞
Please include in your email:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective order
  • A description of the defect

REFUNDS/REPLACEMENT PROCESS

We'll get back to you as soon as possible once we've reviewed your request and let you know if it's been approved. If your request is approved, we'll either refund you to your original payment method or replace your kit at no extra cost. Please note it may take a few days for banks to process refunds.
